How to Register Using Our New Program Registration System

Hey Sportsplex gang! 👋


We’re always working to make your experience at Dover Sportsplex as smooth and enjoyable as possible. As part of that mission, we’ve been focused on improving the checkout and registration process for youth programs, tournaments, leagues, and more.


Because of this, we’ve introduced a new registration and checkout system designed to be faster, easier, and more flexible for families. This guide will walk you step-by-step through how to register for a program using the new system. For this walkthrough, we’ll be signing up for the Sportsplex Soccer Academy, but the process is the same for all programs.


Let’s jump right in! Step 1: Find Your Program & Click “Register”

First, navigate to the program you’d like to sign up for.


Once you’re on the correct program page, click the REGISTER button.

















Step 2: Confirm You’re on the Correct Program Page

After clicking Register, you’ll be taken to our new registration site.


Take a moment to confirm that:


  • You’re viewing the correct program

  • The age group and details match what you’re looking for


In this example, we’re registering for the Soccer Academy (Ages 5–7).


















Step 3: Verify if you will be buying a single session, or the full program.

Step 4: Add the Program to Your Cart
Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose one of the following:

  • Add to Cart → if you plan to register for multiple programs

  • Buy Now → if you’re only registering for this one program
















Step 5: Create Your Account (First-Time Users Only)

If this is your first time using our new system, you’ll be prompted to create an account.

You’ll enter:


  • Your basic parent/guardian information

  • The information for the child you’re registering


This only needs to be done once—future registrations will be even faster.
















Step 6: Select the Participating Child(ren)

Next, you’ll reach the first step of checkout.


Here you will:

  • Select the child who will be participating in the program

  • If you’re registering multiple children, click “Select Existing Participants” and choose all applicable children


















Step 7: Add a New Participant (If Needed)

If a child you want to enroll does not appear in the list:

  1. Click “Create New Participant”

  2. Enter the child’s information

  3. Return to “Select Existing Participants” and make sure they are selected
















Step 8: Enter Medical Information

You’ll then be prompted to enter any medical information or restrictions for the selected child(ren).


Once complete, click the Register button at the bottom of the page.


















Step 9: Sign the Waiver

After clicking Register, you’ll be taken to the waiver page.


Here, simply:


  • Review the waiver

  • Complete the e-signature to continue



















Step 10: Complete Your Payment

The final step is payment.


Select your preferred payment method, enter your details, and click PAY at the bottom of the page.





















Step 11: Check your Email

  • A verification of your purchase and upcoming sessions will be sent to your email 

  • You will also be emailed a referral link.

  • Send this to your friends and family to sign up and they will get $10 OFF, plus you will receive a $20 credit to your account.


You’re All Set! 🎉


That’s it, you’re officially registered!


This new system makes future registrations easier by allowing:

  • Faster checkout

  • Saved child profiles

  • Flexible payment options

  • Deposits, discounts, referral codes, and more
