The holidays can be a wonderful time of joy among friends and family -- but for some, holiday joy can be hard to come by. This holiday season, Dover Sportsplex invites you to join us as we try to help local families find some of that holiday joy, through the gift of sports!
Our idea is simple: we are collecting basketballs, volleyballs and soccer balls to give as gifts to children from families in need. The gifts we collect will be distributed by the MCOHA Justice for All program to local families in need throughout the holiday season.
Here are some guidelines:
Gifts should be new, in the original packaging.
Please limit your gifts to competition-style basketballs, volleyballs and basketballs. (No "nerf" or inflatable balls, please.) Youth sizes are appropriate.
(UPDATED) Gifts do not need to be wrapped.
Helping others feels great, but to make it even better, every customer that donates a gift will get a $10 gift card!
